Sunday dreams

I dreamt on London streets

On pebbled paves

On lonely walks

On cold lakes

On dry Sunday

I slept fitfully

On double bunks

On slip in quilts

On lumpy pillows

On Sunday night

I listened to classic mush rock

On the dying battery

On the hook on earphones

On a bumpy ride to Glasgow

On a Sunday noon

Excess baggage on a wet street

Striped scarf in a knot askew

On a buttoned jacket

On a GAP vest

On a gloomy

And a Sunday noon

Looping in a sunny loop

Of unhappiness

And no joy

And little peace

And no magic

And no-one........

I guess, after all that the last line was disappointing!

Who needs a f***ing "one" when you have... (and even if u dnt, u dnt need a 'one' for a substitute.)

It was important to me, and I don't care if people beg to differ....it just spilt over the brim..
and too sensitive a one to re-write....
